Adam is use to rolling up his sleeves and operating a business by way of steady determination, past knowledge and incentive based growth structures. Although having past business schooling and education, he relies on his experience dealing with the inherent issues that arise in small/mid business settings. His priority is to protect and increase cash flow by:
Maintaining initial company base by incentive based knowledge and goodwill transfer from previous owner.
Organic Growth through internal control and incentives.
Dedicating time and energy for strategic and inorganic initiatives.

Adam currently owns a successful and well known architectural products distribution company operating throughout Canada.
Adam has a successful history incorporating his entrepreneurial spirit with his in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and business development. Past positions as CFO, Head of Business Development and GM, have made him responsible for growing top and bottom lines through inorganic and organic growth. He has extensive knowledge of designing internal controls for proper job costing and incentive structures for employees. This combined with his deal experience in corporate finance, past successes co-managing a distribution company and growing a U.S. based media production company’s bottom line by approximately 100% within a two year period, make him a natural partner for this endeavour.
Adam Holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Western Ontario (A.C.S.), an MBA from ESADE.
